Despite being a fully Australian brand, we do have three warehouses; in Australia, Singapore and the US. That’s why you might see different shipping times according to where you live. It all depends on our local shipping partner delivery times and the distance you live from the closest warehouse but rest assured – we are as Aussie as they come!
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can return your order within 60 days of purchase to our warehouse for a speedy replacement. Please note, that returns must be unopened and in the original packaging.
